We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys attending industry events, networking, and identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and business expos to generate leads for web and software development services
- Identify and approach potential clients who are looking for web design, mobile app development, or custom software solutions
- Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and timeline
- Provide detailed reports on leads, including contact information, business needs, and event insights
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
Qualifications:
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to attend in-person events regularly (flexible schedule)
- Self-driven with a passion for connecting with people and finding business opportunities
- Knowledge of web development, mobile apps, or software services is a plus
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in the tech or software space) is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and reporting on performance
Compensation:
This is a performance-based role. You will be paid per qualified lead generated, with additional event expenses covered (tickets, travel, etc.).
