Job Description
We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Office of Strategy Management team. As the Scrum Master, the primary function of this position is to serve as a facilitator and coach for multiple software development teams. This position is also responsible for mentoring the development reams to achieve the stated goals of the sprint. The Scrum Master will also be the lead and point of contact regarding any sprint-related communications amongst stakeholders and corresponding teams.

Job Requirements
Education – Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
Scrum Master Certification is required
2+ years of experience leading Scrum teams is required.
2+ years of IT Project Management experience required.
2+ years of experience managing Agile projects required.
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Kanban, etc.) is preferred.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
Agile and SCRUM knowledge and experience required
Kanban knowledge is preferred.
Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience coordinating team work flow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
Strong professionalism and strong interpersonal skills required.
Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.
Strong problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, etc., including presenting information in a concise and effective manner to management, and various departments using assorted communication mediums
Certifications & Qualifications
Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) required
PMP/PMI-ACP certification is preferred
