On November 15th, Palm Beach Tech hosted the Inaugural Palm Beach Tech Pitch Competition at the Lake Pavilion.
It was a night filled with 8 startups sharing their visions and initiatives to build an innovative and better tomorrow. This event was made possible by our generous sponsors: Florida Venture Forum, Florida Angel Nexus, Levatas Ventures, Akerman, Locke Lord, Merging Traffic, The City of West Palm Beach, and Duffy’s Sports Grill.
These 8 startups pitched their ideas and mission to an awesome panel of judges on Wednesday night:

First place was awarded to Loji, a mobile app that makes it easier for residents to make and share plans with visitors.
The Bridge Connector won second place for its CRM and EMR integration platform service, Virtual Badge came in third place for its simple smartphone badging app, and Startup Weekend West Palm Beach Winner, TooPley, was awarded an honorable mention for its online marketplace for kids 8-15 to sell their toys with parental supervision.
It was a great night with game-changing ideas shared by 8 local startups, and 100+ attendees that came to join in on the conversation.
