Business Analyst

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Minimum 3 years’ experience working on eCommerce platforms as a business systems
Minimum 1 year experience working in agile/scrum environment
Analyst or Technical BA role working within an eCommerce function.
Solid all-round understanding of eCommerce web platforms
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and other suppliers.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with exceptionally strong written/documentation ability, being able to clearly translate business needs to technical documentation, and strong attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills – guides, inspires and motivates departmental team and stakeholders, creating a clear vision and set of deliverables
Ability to find viable solutions which may be impacted by technical constraints
