Application Developer

The Application Architect develops and implements architectural direction, roadmaps, and standards that advance the development of mission critical, high availability, high reliability enterprise applications.  The Application Architect works closely with data, cloud architects and the entire IT Delivery organization to ensure that a common and broad-based understanding of the architectural components exists and that IT standards are employed to describe them. The Application Architect will be responsible for the detailed architectural and environmental documentation of each application environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

20 years’ experience as a full-stack application developer
Ability to lead by influence and demonstrated knowledge as opposed to command and control
15 year’s engineering leadership experience, preferably in a C#, .NET, and SQL Server environment
15 year’s architecting enterprise level applications, products, and/or platform solutions, with extensive experience doing so in a cloud environment
15 years’ experience as a solutions architecture
Extensive experience developing and implementing enterprise level architectures
Deep knowledge and understanding of information technology approaches, applications, and architectures, tools, and methodologies and how they are best applied for a given situation
Extensive experience working with third party solution and integration partners
Extensive experience in vendor / partner selection
Strong understanding of architectural patterns and practices
