Executive Assistant to the CEO

Looking for an amazing doer to support company founders and CEO. We are a mission-driven company with a motivated team that is challenging the status quo of our industry. You will be on the ground floor building something huge with us. We know, we have built big before.

• People always come to you for help organizing, well… everything. You are that person.
• You are an experienced EA with polished and poise. Your teams ask you to represent them in front of the Board, other C-Suite execs, leadership in large companies, and any number of community groups.
• You build strong relationships and think ahead. Your executives trust you to anticipate their needs across multiple workstreams, and your colleagues like working with you.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Matrixed communication processes across departments and teams in our company as well as with key external partners
• Complex calendar management with internal and external stakeholders
• Travel arrangements and logistics for leadership
• Project management across multiple priorities and cross-functional business issues to ensure proper follow-up and execution
• Company invoicing process

You have the following skills and experience:

• 3-7 years experience providing direct operational or administrative support to executives or C-level leadership
• Experience working in a hyper-growth environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment
• Incredibly detail-oriented
• Self-starter: can take even the smallest project and run with it to the successful completion
• Ability to stay on top of new tools and technologies with an interest and passion to constantly learn
• Will exercise discretion (confidentiality) and independent judgment in the representation of the company
