Technical Program Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled individual, with 2-3 years experience, to join our growing team. You will work directly with our CTO giving you tremendous exposure and the opportunity to grow with MyBundle

This role involves managing and implementing a variety of technical and operational tasks across multiple systems, including database management, project tracking, and collaboration with both internal teams and external developers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling both hands-on technical work and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Own and manage the Streaming Choice program, including setting up records in our database, creating flows in Klaviyo, and ensuring proper data uploads.
• Track and manage Streaming Choice projects in the company’s project management system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Partner Onboarding:

• Set up new partners in our system using internal CMS tools, interacting with databases, and resizing partner logos for system use.
• Ensure all partner setups are accurately tracked and monitored for progress.

Development Liaison & QA:

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external development teams, ensuring developers have all necessary information to complete tasks.
• Conduct secondary testing post-sprint to verify the functionality of delivered features in collaboration with QA.

Database Management & Reporting:

• Perform database management tasks, writing and executing SQL queries to support reporting and data management needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on database analytics and reporting.

Process Improvement & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot technical issues within the team and identify areas for process improvement, such as optimizing Google Sheets formulas and automating tasks using Make.com.
• Manage Google Workspace tools and assist with basic technical support for the team.

Web Development & Content Management:

• Create and update WordPress pages using Visual Composer, HTML, and CSS.
• Make simple React and PHP updates as needed to support web development projects.

Required Skills:

Proficient in SQL for database management and reporting.
Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or similar.
Familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (WordPress, Visual Composer).
Basic understanding of React and PHP for minor updates and troubleshooting.
Experience with email marketing automation tools like Klaviyo.
Comfortable with Google Workspace and Salesforce for managing internal workflows and communications.
Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing technical setups with multiple variables.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
Proactive problem solver who can identify opportunities for process improvement and take initiative to implement solutions.
