About this Role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all United World Telecom prospective and existing customers through in-depth knowledge of company services and websites.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
Responsible for providing customers with service information and order updates with confidence
Processing customer orders through various web interfaces and working with vendors
Handle customer disputes, billing inquiries and payments
Work with sales, technical support and accounting teams in handling customer inquiries
Attend other related tasks as needed
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Experience
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
Self-motivated with excellent organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Positive attitude
Ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
