POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technical Trainer will work with the ServiceNow software development team and stakeholders todevelop training plans, packages and perform on-line and face-to-face training in support of the ServiceNow platform and applications.

What you’ll do:

Conduct an analysis and review of existing business processes, end user stakeholders, and ServiceNow implementation to recommend, develop and implement training objectives.
Develop, document, implement and maintain ServiceNow user, administration and support training guides, quick reference guides, videos, knowledge articles, training instances, and on-site and virtual web-based training classes.
Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, ITSM and all supporting processes. Knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture are beneficial
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
Knowledge of IT Service Management capabilities and best practices
Ability to work independently or with a team
Excellent technical writing skills
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey use of the software
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience motivating uninterested training participants
Other Duties:

On call 24/7

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

Required:Must have 3 years’ experience in defining, planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow platform and application user, administration and support training guides, quick reference guides, knowledge articles, training instances, and on-site and virtual web-based training classes.
Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, ITSM and all supporting processes. Knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture are beneficial.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform upgrades and update sets
Strong interpersonal skills that can drive conversations towards consensus and action
Can work autonomously with minimal direction

Required:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
Combination of education and experience can be substituted for a formal degree
