Sr. Marketing Manager
Offering guidance to global businesses, developing and applying branding strategy and guidelines. S/he will guide global marketing employees about Carrier marketing standard work and guidelines and be a key reviewer of marketing materials. S/he will be responsible for strategic projects targeted at new marketing approaches, branding and positioning strategies, and opportunities across and among businesses
The ideal candidate will work well in cross-functional teams and situations and work well with other marketing leaders across the portfolio. Knowledge of sales and the sales process will be helpful. Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendors is required.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns using appropriate elements of the marketing mix to support sales and marketing objectives
Develop campaign with effective messaging and imagery working with the creative team
Align with functional program managers on effective and impactful marketing mix
Work with business marketing managers and other marketing communications managers to ensure integration with regional and related global marketing plans and campaigns
Assist with maintaining brand standards and advising on branding for 80+ brands
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for functional partners
Review marketing materials including sell sheets, signage, tradeshow material, digital materials
Regularly review competitors and market trends
Education
Bachelor Degree, 8+ years experience
Masters Degree, 6 + years’ experience + expert or mastery skill/knowledge
