Endeavor is proud to introduce its latest EndeavorLAB cohort, featuring 14 remarkable women founders leading innovative companies across various industries including healthcare, fintech, and SaaS.
EndeavorLAB is a specialized growth program run by Endeavor, a global organization that supports high-impact entrepreneurs. The program is designed to help early-stage founders with the potential for rapid scale by providing resources, mentorship, and network access. EndeavorLAB typically focuses on businesses led by diverse founders, including women, minorities, and underrepresented groups in tech and entrepreneurship.
This program, powered by JPMorgan Chase and Tech Equity Miami, with support from Venture Miami’s Department of Economic Innovation and Development, provides these early-stage founders with the strategic mentorship, workshops, and connections needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced market. EndeavorLAB offers tailored support over a few months, covering areas like business strategy, fundraising, marketing, and scaling operations. It helps startups refine their value propositions and provides access to Endeavor’s global network of mentors, investors, and industry leaders.
The founders in this current EndeavorLAB cohort, who represent a diverse range of backgrounds, are collectively employing 106 people and are projected to generate over $6 million in revenue in 2024 as they aim to scale their businesses globally.
Through EndeavorLAB, these founders will receive invaluable resources to scale their businesses and contribute to the global innovation landscape. The program’s objective is to guide these companies through early growth stages and position them for long-term success, potentially leading to selection for the larger Endeavor network, which provides even deeper, ongoing support for scaling businesses. EndeavorLAB aims to accelerate the growth of these companies while promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech ecosystem.
