Schonfeld is committed to recruiting and acquiring talent from a diverse group of applicants by:

- Redesigned all job descriptions to ensure they speak to a broader audience
- Seeking opportunities to source diverse candidates through affiliated groups (women in investment, women in technology)
- Participate in and sponsor events on campus such as WiCS Hackathon 2021 or Columbia’s DEI Micro Careerfair
