Her specific area of focus is working with global organizations to help them develop digital strategies and programs leveraging 4th industrial revolution technologies and human-centered design techniques that bring business value and transform how people work.

Debbie’s recent work in the area of digital technology and business transformation has been recognized by Microsoft and IBM.

Most recently, Debbie was the Head of End User Experience for Rio Tinto where she was responsible for digital strategy, digital workplace services, and end user adoption and performance. She led a team of approximately 120 people located across Rio Tinto regional office hubs in five continents. Debbie was with Rio Tinto for 6 years and previously served in the role of Vice President Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Governance.
