Florida Atlantic University’s College of Engineering and Computer Science is dedicated to advancing knowledge and innovation through cutting-edge research and education in fields including Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Ocean Engineering. Our faculty and students work collaboratively to push the boundaries of technology and solve real-world challenges, supported by leading organizations such as the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of Transportation (DOT), the Department of Education (DOE), the State of Florida, and Industry Partners.

We offer 34 degree programs across four departments, including pioneering specializations in AI, cybersecurity, IoT and data science, preparing the next generation of engineers and scientists to lead in areas of national and global priority.
