Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), acquired by Crocker Partners in 2018 is a state-of-the-art, accessible 1.7 million square foot office park located in the heart of Boca Raton. BRiC was initially developed by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility. Since world-renowned architect Marcel Breuer designed the IBM facility in the late 1960s, this unique office campus has been synonymous with the spirit of revolutionary design and creativity.

BRiC embodies IBM’s innovational footprint with 21^st century conveniences that meet the lifestyle needs of employees including farmers markets, a premier fitness center, a state-of-the-art conference facility, on-demand gas fueling, and concierge services. Future renovations for BRiC include a food hall, STEAM lab, two coffee shops, and a presentation hall, among others.
