Job Profile Summary
CAI is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Digital Experience team (web, mobile, etc) project team for one of our strategic clients in the Orlando area. This Project Manager will be directly responsible to plan, manage and lead multiple projects in the Digital area. This position is a contract to hire role with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position with one of the top companies to work with in Orlando.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing end to end enterprise IT projects – web software development and support projects
Hybrid Agile/DevOps and Waterfall environment – transitioning more to Agile
Manage timelines, resources, vendors and budget related to the project.
Key point of contact between technical teams (developers, testers, etc) and business stakeholders
Able to communicate on technical items with onsite and offshore development and test teams
Owning stakeholder relationships and managing expectations, including business executives
Lead presentations on project status and updates to executives
Qualifications
Experience/Education Required
5+ years of Senior Project Management experience, leading large enterprise projects and web projects
PMP highly preferred
Some technical experience with website development projects – able to communicate with Developers on technical details of the project
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
Experience managing projects that include offshore resources
Must have experience managing project budgets
Experience leading projects in a hybrid Agile, waterfall environment
Excellent communications
Hospitality/restaurant experience a plus
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Ability to work at a height of thirty (30) feet.
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
